Ross Gym & Fit Handbook ~
PAYMENT POLICY
Every member of Ross Gym & Fit is required to pay an insurance fee that goes directly to Gymnastics Saskatchewan ($46-Rec / $90-Competitive Prov. $159) or Manitoba Gymnastics ($41.20) and Gymnastics Canada ($8) this is included in your total fees. This is a one time fee for the registration term from September 1st to August 31st of each year.
Fees are based on a seasonal rate.
Recreational Gym - All payments are due at the time of registration.
Competitive Artistic - We accept payment in full and split payments for your convenience.
All NSF fees will be charged $25. This will need to be paid before the next scheduled class.
Any payments received after the first class will be charged a $20 late fee.
Receipts can be found on your RAMP account. There will be a $10 charge for a duplicate copy.
CANCELLATION POLICY

- No refund will be granted after the first week of classes.
- All other cancellations for classes will require a doctor’s medical note.
UNIFORMS
All gymnasts are required to wear tight fitting clothing, sock feet (due to COVID-19) and their HAIR PULLED BACK. Please send a water bottle labeled with their name.
Competitive Artistic are required to purchase the team bodysuit and Team Tracksuit.
SET UP - TAKE DOWN OF EQUIPMENT (Moosomin - Wawota - Virden)
Parental support is needed to ensure that classes run smoothly. We will be collecting one $100 cheques made payable to Ross Gym & Fit. You will be required to sign up for there set up shifts OR take down shifts. If you DO NOT show for all your scheduled shifts your cheque will be cashed. New this year, we will have a sign in book for your scheduled shifts.
COMPETITIONS/ PRACTICES
All Competitive gymnasts in level 1/2 are required to attend two competitions throughout the year. Provincial Level 3 athletes are required to attend 3 or more competitions.
Practices for COMPETITIVE gymnasts are mandatory! If a gymnast is performing in a group routine and misses two or more classes they may be pulled.
COMMUNICATION
All information will be posted on the RAMP Interactive website. Any cancellation due to weather will be made as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to please check the web page and emails. Any questions can be sent to rossgymandfit@gmail.com or call 306-646-7463.
